Having escaped to the Islands to St. John's, USVIto the eco-friendly beautiful Maho Bay Resort. ,December was the perfect getaway to ejoy the warm 80 degree ocean and pleasandt caribbean weather, especially if for those who came from a cold wintery place.
There was pleanty of water, water activities, and land adventures. Swimming in aqua blue warm ocean water and snorkeling along with colorful fish exploring the reefs, taking out teh kayaks, going sailing, lounging on white sand beaches with a good book, a little vollyball, hiking trails and island exploration., the Maho Bay Resort in St. John, US Virgin Islands was incrediable.
At Maho Bay Camps, we stayed in tent cottages nestled in the Caribbean's gorgeous US Virgin Islands National Park. These dwellings are constructed almost entirely of recycled materials, powered by the sun and wind, and built with site-sensitive techniques.
There was also lots of peace and quiet to enjoy in the natural surroundings on the thousands of unspoiled acres.

Thursday, Dec. 9

Friday, Dec. 10
Breakfast in restaurant
Bible Lesson sharing Introductions/Orientation and off to activities at Maho Bay
We had Free time for beach activities and craft classes (including glass blowing, pottery, papermaking, fabric batik, watercolor, and more)
Our Welcome Dinnerwas held in the pavilion.
Saturday, Dec. 11
Bible Lesson sharing followed by a Day hike to Ram Head Trail. There are miles of trails across the island -- to beaches, snorkeling spots, and look-out points. Then off to individual using theirfFree time for beach activities or craft classes

Sunday, Dec. 12
Breakfast and Church in pavilion soaking in the gratitude oand blessing of our day.
W took a Nature walk with the Park Ranger on marine life, birds, cultural history followed by Dinner in restaurant and Board games.
Monday, Dec.13 Breakfast
Bible Lesson sharing was inspirational to start our days.
In the afternoon, we had a chartered snorkel & sail in Cruz Bay for our group
We charashed our final time on the beachs, enjoyed a Goodbye Dinner in the restaurant more evenigh games and packing.
Tuesday, Dec. 14
8:00 a.m. Breakfast in restaurant and catch our flight home.
Departures, book flight out of St. Thomas after 12 noon
